I really love the scribbled heart, and the preview of the layout. I don't think the splash page is necessary, but it's pretty.
LAYOUT AND DESIGN (45/55 pts)
This layout is beautiful, and I truly love it. The colors complement each other, and the overall design is nice. I don't like how you have such a long I-frame. I-frames are supposed to keep the main page from scrolling, not make it scroll! I would put the link bar inside the I-frame, if you can, or convert to a div layout. So-You.net has a good tutorial.
CONTENT AND ORGANIZATION (15/30 pts)
The information about yourself is good, and the pictures and what not. You could stand to have some more visitor content, such as the blends.
CODING, BROKEN LINKS, ETC (2/5 pts)
Ouch. You failed validation with a grand total of 110 errors. You did not specify a doctype or character encoding. I didn't find any broken links, however. I'm nitpicking here, but you need to change the links previously clicked from blue to another color.
